These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of artbrushco.com («the website») and the purchase of digital products through this website. By using the website or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms.

The website is operated by Olga Ortiz, trading as artbrushco.

1. Products and delivery

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (brushes, color palettes, guides, and related digital assets). Products are delivered through Gumroad. After purchase, you will receive a download link via email and through your Gumroad library.

You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with the products before purchasing. Compatibility information is listed on each product page.

2. Brush license

What you can do:

  • Use the brushes, palettes, and assets for personal and commercial projects
  • Use them in client work, commissions, prints, merchandise, and any artwork you create
  • Use them in an unlimited number of projects, with no time limit

What you cannot do:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the brush files (or any digital product files) in their original or modified form
  • Include the brush files as part of another product for sale (e.g., a brush pack, template, or toolkit)
  • Share your download link or files with anyone who has not purchased them directly
  • Claim the brushes or assets as your own creation

In short: use them freely in your art, but don’t share or resell the files themselves.

3. Free products

Free products (such as the Free Procreate Starter Kit) are subject to the same license terms as paid products. Downloading a free product requires providing your email address through Gumroad, which will subscribe you to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Pricing and payments

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by Gumroad. We do not have access to your credit card or payment details.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Discount codes and promotions are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases
  • Technical errors that prevent you from accessing or downloading the product, after we have attempted to resolve the issue

To request a refund, contact us at olguiooilustracion@gmail.com with your purchase details (email used for purchase, product name, and description of the issue). Refunds are processed through Gumroad.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including illustrations, designs, text, logos, and product files, is the intellectual property of Olga Ortiz unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any website content without written permission.

The brush license (Section 2) grants you usage rights for the brush files and assets in your own work, but does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

7. Website content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information on this website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual digital product.

8. Third-party links and services

This website contains links to third-party websites and services (including Gumroad, YouTube, and Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party sites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, artbrushco and Olga Ortiz are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lleida, Spain.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
